Early 1950s 2nd generation Eames DAX “Dining Height Armchair X base” designed by Ray and Charles Eames for Herman Miller
2nd generation large shock mounts with X base and slip on domes of silence glides.
Chair has been painted red then stripped. It was originally parchment fiberglass. The oxidized red paint gives the chair a unique pink color and distressed texture. structurally in very good condition.
